Sarah Mae (Orr) Ritter, daughter of previously deceased parents, Otto K. and Georgia F. (Hunt) Orr passed on July 25, 2025.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel at the Clinton Presbyterian Community in Clinton, SC.
She was predeceased by her husband, J. Robert Ritter, a brother, Richard Leroy Orr, and sister, Carolyn Ruth Crow.
Sarah was born in Forsyth County, GA, and graduated from Flowery Branch High School. She graduated from Young Harris (Junior) College and Georgia State University with a degree in Business Administration.
She joined her husband, Bob Ritter, in his CPA firm. She was a member of several local and regional accounting associations.
She was loving and caring of all people. When asked what she wanted on her tomb stone she replied, “She cared.” She always saw the people behind the faces and looked for the good in everyone she met.
She was well-loved by her family and will be sorely missed.
